Hi 5210+ Champions,
You’ve made it to the last week of the Healthy Kids 5210+ Challenge! We hope your family has had fun participating and practicing the 5210+ healthy habits together!
Important reminders about next steps and submission:
- The submission form opens this Wednesday, February 28th at 7:00am. The link is below, as well as printed on the paper log.
- The submission form will close on Tuesday, March 5th at 9:00pm. *** The submission form won’t be re-opened after this because T-shirt orders start going out immediately to our vendor.
- K-5 students and staff that submit their logs with 80 or more checks are eligible for T-Shirts.
- Staff and students– please submit your logs, regardless of how many checkmarks you’ve earned. All logs with 10 or more checks will count towards your schools overall participation and may make you eligible for wellness initiative money. Last year those funds were used (along with support from PASS) to bring SQUARE STATES SKATE TO OUR SCHOOL!!! WE WOULD LOVE TO DO THAT AGAIN!!!

Yearbook Orders: As the school year races towards its conclusion, don’t miss the chance to capture and relive every precious moment with the Sanborn yearbook! The cost is $23.00 and the flyer/payment envelope went home in Tuesday folders. We run out every year so be sure to get yours ordered!! THE DEADLINE TO PREORDER YOUR YEARBOOK IS MONDAY, MARCH 4TH.

(This can also be done through the app.) Simply register your King Soopers reward card under “King Soopers Community Rewards” at the bottom of the page. These funds are used to fund extra support at recess!! ****After shopping, turn in your receipts with your child’s name and teacher code on it to the tub by the office for a chance to win monthly prizes.
