Bio

I am a Colorado Native. I spent half my life in Boulder and then my husband and I moved to Longmont to raise our children. My 3 kiddos all attended Sanborn Elementary, and have so many wonderful memories of their time here. They are all graduates of St Vrain. I started at Sanborn as a parent volunteer and then became a PASS board member (vice-president and president). I did my student teaching at Sanborn in first grade and then was hired as a Sanborn teacher. I have taught 2nd grade for four years and am in my 15th year in 4th grade. I am a PROUD SANBORN DRAGON! This amazing school is my home. I can’t imagine teaching anywhere else!

When I’m not teaching I enjoy walking, spending time with my three dogs, seeing local theatre productions, and spending time with my family.
