Bio
I am a third generation Coloradian, I grew up in Greeley Colorado and attended Greeley Central High school. After my first degree from CSU, I traveled and lived abroad in the Caribbean and England for some time. When I came home, I ended up in Nederland Colorado working for a non-profit Ecology center where I taught environmental education to school age children. This sparked my passion for teaching, so I went back to school to get my Masters in Early Childhood Education. I have taught Kindergarten, 2nd grade and now 4th.   No matter what I teach, I love that I can be a part of the growth of the young minds and hope to foster the love for learning. When I am not teaching, I love to spend time with my family and friends, traveling, hiking and sailing.
