I have a BA in Sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a MA in Elementary Education from the University of Colorado at Denver.
Bio
This will be my 18th year teaching, and my 11th year as a Sanborn Dragon! I’ve spent most of my career as a third grade teacher. The curriculum in third grade is challenging, and I enjoy helping  students become more thoughtful, opinionated, and independent learners.  Originally from Brighton, MI, I made my way to Colorado to attend college and I never left!  I enjoy spending time in the mountains, skiing and hiking with my husband, John, and teenage twins, Keenan and Hattie.
