iPad Insurance Deadline

The LTP Student iPad Insurance window for the 2023-2024 school year opened August 1st and closes on September 15th.
Please note that any student with an unpaid balance for iPad insurance from the previous year will not be eligible to join the pool this year until they pay off the previous year’s balance.
2023-2024 LTP Student iPad Insurance: $25
The iPad insurance fee will be reduced or waived for students eligible for a free or reduced price lunch under the federal poverty income guidelines and homeless students as defined by McKinney-Vento.

SANBORN OPEN HOUSE/PARENT INFORMATION EVENT!!
PRESCHOOL-5TH GRADE
THURSDAY, AUGUST 24TH FROM 5:30-7:00PM
Dear Sanborn Families-Please join us for our Open House/Parent Information event to hear some essential information for the coming year and participate in some fun activities around the school. Here is what you can expect: There will be three information sessions in the classrooms for you to choose from at 5:30, 6:00 and 6:30PM. We ask that parents attend a session for each child at Sanborn. Topics of discussion will include ability grouping, classroom expectations, school-to-home communication, etc. In addition to the classroom sessions we will have fun activities at various locations in the building. Your child can participate in these activities anytime they are not in a classroom session. Doors will open at 5:25 PM.

Each year the District publishes a manual for students and families entitled, “Behavioral code of conduct and Board of Education Policies, Rights and Responsibilities of Students and Parents”

To help ensure safety and provide the most efficient environment during arrival and dismissal time, we appreciate all families helping to follow our procedures. In the parking lot/Walk Up side- please only park in provided spaces. We ask students to have an adult with them as they walk through the lot. On the Drive-Up side, please allow for the movement of vehicles through the Drive-Up line. Please stay in your vehicle and continue to pull forward and allow other cars to move through the line with you. If you choose to park on the opposite side of the street, please use the crosswalks at either end of the street to get to the school. Thank you for your cooperation.
